Making the choice to book at the Artisan Inn reflects an understanding and an agreement to respect the policies listed below.

HOW WE WORK
With over 30 years of experience we have determined that we can offer the best experience by being everything to someone instead of trying to be something to everyone. If you’re not sure that what we offer is what you are looking for, please review our policies and feel free to reach out to discuss anything you may have questions about. We can help with suggestions of fellow businesses that fit what you are looking for.  We hope you can recognize that these polices were all set based on past experiences. One day , long after we are no longer running the business, we may just write a tell all book revealing the multiple stories behind each policy that will make you both laugh and cry. (Most of them made us cry at the time, but we are learning to laugh at them now) Until then, please trust that we have made these decision in the interest of the collective guest experience that we advertise.

See details below the booking calendar for tips on how to get the best search results.  This includes how to see the full availability calendar for each individual property and room.

Please note we are now beginning to open up our 2025 calendar. With so many unique rooms and houses this process can take time.  If you notice a property is 100% sold out for 2025 it means the calendar is not yet open for online booking.  Please email dates and property you are interested in if you wish to be contacted about 2025. 

To see the correct calendar ensure your desired category is selected (Reservation Request, Rooms & Suites, Vacation Homes or Gift Certificates) To check the full availability calendar of a specific property select the category you wish to search, and click AVAILABILITY showing to the left of the item.

TWINE LOFT DINNER RESERVATION REQUESTS
Please set check-in and check-out to the same date and select the TWINE LOFT RESERVATION REQUEST category, otherwise, it may show as unavailable. If you are booking accommodation and want to keep it under the same booking, click ADD ITEM after you select your first item.

Once a request is submitted through our system we will double check our space and capacity and contact you by phone to collect your credit card information to hold the table if we have space, or inform you of other dining times available. The cancellation policy is outlined in the booking form. We ask a number of questions in the request form as we are a set menu restaurant and want to be sure we are aware of what needs we should accommodate for your party as we plan the menu.  Should you book by phone or email, you will still need to complete a digital dinner form which we will email to you.

 

CHECKING ALL AVAILABILITY FOR AN ITEM: Sometimes something may only be partially unavailable for your select dates, or you may have flexibility. To see all available dates for a particular property do the following…

1. Pick the category you want to book in (rooms or vacation homes).
2.
 Below the AVAILABLE or UNAVAILABLE/PARTIALLY UNAVAILABLE status for each accommodation there is an AVAILABILITY button. this will show you the monthly availability calendar for that specific accommodation. 

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY: Some accommodation or high season dates may require a 3 night minimum. Sometimes we are willing to book for fewer dates than the max capacity, especially when there are only limited dates available.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR DESIRED CATEGORY SELECTED: You will only see results for the category select, click CATEGORIES above the properties showing to go back to categories

SELECT CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT DATE FOR PRICING TO SHOW
Should an accommodation show at $0 this is a glitch in our system or it is not officially open to be booked. Should you submit a booking we will reach out to you to let you know the correct pricing. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates for varying amounts can currently be ordered and paid for through our online booking system.  When purchasing, you can decide to fill out the recipient’s email to have the gift certificate emailed directly to them on a date of your choice, or fill out your own email to receive the gift certificate directly and print a copy to present as a gift. If you would like us to print a hard copy and send it to you or the recipient, you can contact us after you have purchased the gift certificate. If you would like to purchase a certificate for an amount not listed please contact us.

BOOKING ENGINE QUESTIONS

Search Engine Tips:
1. Don’t forget to select the category you wish to search in after you have picked your dates. Categories can be found in a column below the search dates.
2. If you are using the calendar to select dates, the last date you select is the date you are leaving, not the last night you are staying.
3. For dinner reservations select the same check-in and check-out date.
